This is the first book in the New York Times bestselling series, called Wings Of Fire. I have read this book once and I was engaged in the story. In my opinion, Tui T Sutherland has great imagination and knows how to trap people in a book!
Clay’s wings flew open and he banked, catching the air before he fell. He was flying!
This would have to be one of my favorite parts in the book, in which Clay finally enters the outside world. He and his friends have a bit of trouble outside, as they have lived in a cave their whole lives. After accidentally bumping into Queen Scarlet, the five Dragonets of Destiny must choose between freedom or fate. Which one will they choose?
The dragon art and cover design is beautiful and detailed, which makes the book enticing to read. If you’re not into dragons at the moment, this book isn’t just about some dragons flying around. It is a tale about friendship and adventure. With this story, you will never feel alone again.
